We prepare and deliver
Once the proposal and deposit are approved, we coordinate the details, prepare the cocktails, brief the team and manage setup, service and pack-down. You and your guests simply enjoy the experience.

SIP! began in a small Cape Town apartment with a borrowed bar kit and a simple belief: serious cocktails should come with warm, human hospitality.
Today, we create and operate cocktail-led bars for weddings and high-touch events across Cape Town and the Winelands. Our bases, cordials and garnishes are made in-house, while every menu, setup and service team is planned around the occasion.
